A trip down memory lane… with less coughing!

It’s not all hard work and graft at The Chilli Ranch! On February 19th, our team—Joanna, Tomasz, and Shawn—took a trip to The Farmers Dog Pub https://www.facebook.com/TheFarmersDogPub/, Jeremy Clarkson’s premium pub in the Cotswolds. We caught up with some old friends, including Elliot (pictured), and met a few new ones too!

For those who remember Clarkson’s Farm Season 2, Episode 2, you may recall Joanna and Tomasz filmed a chilli sauce test cook with Jeremy Clarkson, which ended in a legendary kitchen meltdown—literally. The sound crew had us turn off the extraction fans, and within minutes, the super-hot Naga fumes had everyone coughing their lungs out!

Thankfully, this visit was much more relaxed. The Farmer’s Dog is a unique pub where everything on the menu is sourced entirely from British farms, changing with the seasons to ensure it’s always absolutely delicious. We didn’t eat this time, but we did sneak a peek through the kitchen before opening—some incredible ingredients in there! We’ll definitely be back soon, probably for Steak Night on Tuesday.

Of course, we couldn’t leave empty-handed—grabbed some Smoked Chilli Mayo, Jeremy’s Hot Seed Beer Mustard, and a case of Hawkstone Premium Lager. Can’t wait to try them!
