Chilli Ranch appears on Clarkson’s Farm

1 April 2023: Viewers of Clarkson’s Farm witnessed a surprise appearance of our very own Joanna Plumb and Tomasz Bagienski on the popular Amazon Prime series. The Test Cook scene was filmed in the kitchen at Chipping Norton Union Football Club because Diddly Squat’s kitchen had not yet been inspected by the “kitchen police” according to Jeremy.

Jeremy is a genuine chilli head and the programme, which was released on the tenth of February, showed Joanna and Tomasz consulting with Jeremy on a new range of gourmet chilli products for his Diddly Squat farm shop.

Jeremy wanted to use some of the worlds hottest chillies, grown here at the Chilli Ranch, to give his customers a special tasting experience and we did not disappoint. Naga, Carolina Reaper (Hottest Chilli in the World) and various habanero varieties were used.

Both the cooking scene and the tasting scene created some hilarious scenes. In the kitchen the poor ventilation resulted in Joanna, Tomasz, and Jeremy ultimately descending into a cacophony of uncontrollable laughing and coughing. More hilarious scenes follow when this new extreme chutney was tested on visitors at Clarkson’s Farm.

Joanna has previously appeared on numerous radio and television programmes, including Gordon Ramsey, Hairy Bikers, ‘Ready Steady Cook’, the BBC Good Food Show, The One Show and Countrywise.
