Rooster Spur, as the name suggests, this plant produces thin and pointy chillies that resemble a rooster spur. One plant grows masses of pods that are bright red in colour, and have thin walls, which make them easy to dry and turn into a potent chilli powder. At 50,000 Scoville Heat Units, they add a nice chilli kick when fresh or dried.
