A beautifully rich and indulgent chilli jam, combining the deep, mellow sweetness of black garlic with caramel-like richness, a gentle chilli warmth and a subtle tang of vinegar.
Black garlic brings wonderful depth and umami to this jam, creating a flavour that’s sweet, savoury and deliciously moreish without being overly hot. Particularly good with mature cheddar and cheeseboards, but equally at home in a bacon sandwich, cheese toastie or alongside grilled meats.
Created by Rikki at Easton Chilli Company, an independent, multi-award-winning chilli producer based in Bristol, this is a fantastic example of what happens when quality ingredients and a passion for chilli come together.
