Our fresh Padron peppers are grown and harvested here at Chilli Ranch in Bedfordshire. We don’t pick them weeks in advance and leave them sitting in storage — your peppers are picked fresh when you place your order, helping us deliver them to you at their best.
Padron peppers are wonderfully versatile. Traditionally cooked quickly in a hot pan with a little olive oil and finished with sea salt, they make a delicious starter, side dish or tapas-style treat. Most are mild, sweet and beautifully savoury, but occasionally you’ll find a hotter one hiding among them — that’s all part of the fun!
