One Kilo Fresh Fresno Chillies
This offer is for one kilo of fresh Fresno chillies, a medium-hot pepper of the species Capsicum annuum. With their tapered, conical shape and glossy finish, they resemble jalapeños but have thinner walls and a brighter flavour.
Our commercial Fresno variety is noticeably hotter than the traditional type—still classed as medium heat, but with the potential to surprise you with an extra kick. They ripen from a fresh green to a deep red, delivering both colour and flavour at every stage.
Fresno’s are wonderfully versatile: use them fresh as the base for salsas, sauces, and stir-fries, or preserve them by freezing, drying, or smoking to create chipotle and other unique chilli products.
