Next we will select some fresh chillies and/or dried, smoked, or maybe even frozen chillies to use in our selected recipe’s. Together we will cook three chilli-inspired dishes that you can take home and enjoy.

The venue is the Chilli Ranch (Edible Ornamentals), our award winning chilli farm on the Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire border… close to the Black Cat Roundabout on the A1.
