Our frozen chillies are a pure, zero-waste product ideal for batch cooking.

How They’re Made

• Picked fresh
• Washed and de-stemmed
• Minced into a 100% chilli purée
• Frozen within 72 hours of harvest
• Nothing added

They are packed in 500g containers.

Frozen Chilli Options

• Frozen chillies can be ordered year-round (subject to availability)
• Fresh pre-orders can be converted to frozen for £5.00 per kg
• Orders can be collected or shipped via next-day courier in insulated packaging

You must be available to accept delivery of frozen orders.

Frozen Chilli Colour

• Most varieties are frozen at full maturity
• Some varieties (e.g. Jalapeño) may be frozen green
• Some varieties may contain mixed colours

Many customers purchase chilli plants wholesale to sell at shops, festivals, and events.

• Established plants (not plug plants)
• Supplied in 1L or 2L pots
• Healthy, well-rooted, and ready for sale

Ordering Plants

• All wholesale plant orders must be pre-ordered
• Wholesale plant orders are not accepted during the season
• Plants are collection only from the Chilli Ranch (MK44 3BL)
• Please bring your own crates or boxes

Variety & Labelling Notes

• In rare cases, a variety may need to be substituted due to germination issues
• Occasional mislabelling can occur due to cross-pollination
• We have strict processes to minimise this risk

Our production kitchen can produce over 900 jars per day, depending on recipe and configuration.

What We Offer

• Available under our own brands or yours
• Products available from stock or via pre-order
• Typical shelf life: 12 months
• Labels compliant with allergen and nutritional requirements

Case sizes are typically eight jars, with some flexibility.
