The Preservation Society collaborated with the Bwydiful Boys, who wanted a Korean Style BBQ Sauce to compliment their hand made burgers in their new restaurant in Cardiff.
After a few variations, the Bwydiful BBQ Sauce was produced, a delicious Korean Style BBQ Sauce, brilliant with burgers, marvellous as a marinade and fabulous with fried chicken.
A great sauce, packed with flavour and as our friend Bill King says, “a game changer in the burger world.”

Ingredients: Local cider vinegar, ketchup (water, tomato puree 23%, sugar, vinegar, acetic acid, modified maize starch, salt, spice, MUSTARD, stabiliser, Xanthan gum, preservatives, Potassium, sorbitol.) sugar, onions, garlic, SOY SAUCE (soybeans, WHEAT, salt & water), fresh onions, garlic, ginger, chilli, salt, pepper and cornstarch.
Produced in a kitchen where we use NUTS, MILK and MUSTARDS
