The Preservation Society’s Bangin BBQ Sauce is a smashing sauce, a marvellous marinade and a delicious dip with mayo. The recipe was brilliantly created by Sussani & Thana of Cardiff Met University for their Year 2 project, based on their Argentinian barbecuing backgrounds.

Ingredients: Tomatoes 44%, Aspall’s red wine vinegar, sugar, onions, ginger, garlic, chilli powder, smoked paprika, MUSTARD & allspice.
